Tyler Einberger is the cofounder and COO of Momentic®, a search and AI agency in Milwaukee. Momentic helps companies show up when people search Google or ask ChatGPT about what they sell. He leads Atlas, Momentic's software. Every week Atlas asks ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude the questions a client's customers ask, saves every answer with the searches and sources behind it, and grades whether the client was named, cited, or recommended against each competitor. The questions come from the client's own search data. Momentic's team uses Atlas to decide what to fix, and a person approves the work its agents draft.
He also cofounded MKE DMC, a free monthly meetup that more than 2,000 Milwaukee marketers have attended since 2024, and he teaches digital marketing at UW-Milwaukee. Before cofounding Momentic in 2018, he was a process engineer and worked in content and data at Kohl's and Harley-Davidson.
Tyler Einberger is the cofounder and COO of Momentic®, a search and AI agency in Milwaukee. Momentic helps companies show up when people search Google or ask ChatGPT about what they sell. The team works on a client's website, content, reviews, profiles, social, and video, alongside the client's own people.
Most of his time right now goes into Atlas, Momentic's software, which he leads. Every week Atlas asks ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude the questions a client's customers ask. For each answer it saves the text, the web searches the AI ran to write it, and every source it read or cited, then grades whether the client was named, cited, or recommended, how the answer described the client against each competitor, and what specific claims it made. As of September 2026 it has graded more than 90,000 answers that mention a client. The questions come from each client's Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs data, ranked by real demand and tied to the page that should win each one. Atlas also crawls the client's website to check whether AI tools can read every page, and sorts every cited source by type so the team knows which review sites, forums, and publications matter. Its agents draft content updates and briefs, and a person on the Momentic team approves the work. Atlas isn't sold on its own. It comes with the team, because a report nobody acts on doesn't change anything.
His talk "To AI, You're Average," first given at Summerfest Tech AI 2026, is about why AI answers default to the average brand in a category. His Influenceable Web research found that the part of the web marketers can reach and measure is shrinking about 3 to 4 percent a year.
He cofounded MKE DMC (Milwaukee Digital Marketing Club), a non-profit that runs free monthly meetups in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. More than 2,000 people have come since it started in March 2024. He moderates panels there, including a September 2026 recap of brightonSEO San Diego with Greg Bernhardt, Kyle Faber, Sydney Sampson-Webb, and Renee Girard. That same month Momentic co-hosted SERP & TURF, a side event at brightonSEO San Diego, with Previsible and SE Ranking. He teaches digital marketing at UW-Milwaukee.
Before Momentic he was a process engineer at a packaging company, then worked in content and data at Kohl's and Harley-Davidson and at a full-service agency. He cofounded Momentic in 2018 and has worked in search for more than fifteen years, including with Fortune 100 companies. On the side he builds things to learn how AI works, like Daddy Boy, an AI sitcom that ran for 271 episodes, and Fish Fry, which trains AI to write like a specific person. He makes indie pop as Twin Lull. He lives in Milwaukee.
